Anyone try the 50mm t/b's on a ported and piped M8? Thinking about giving these a try. Thanks.

i've thought about doin this too. I assume your referring to the m1000 throttle bodies. do they bolt right up. do you need to run a m1000 ecu? so many questions.
Watch our website guys, we are going to start an exchange program within the next week where you can switch out your 46mm bodies for the 50's. Should be a great deal of interest, we have been running them now for a couple years with great success. Stay tuned.

do you guys bore them out or swap for m1000 t/b's?
Swap them out with the m1000, although we have to switch all shafts, mounting brackets, fuel rail and injectors because the center to center is different.
Cuttler makes them also and they look nice! Would adding 56 or 58mm to my 1200 make sense???

One thing I never understood was how Cat can use the same air box and intake system on a 500cc to 1000cc????????????? I guess the size doesnt matter?

I am going to use 56mm on my ported M1000. I just got them from BDX and they look sweet
