As a diver, I would not even have entered the water for that particular job.......

There were so many red flags, it is unbelievable........

Wow...some people have no business working in any place like that....responsible for other peoples lives. I myself work in a very dangerous job and have to count on other people for my life sometimes....it is amazing some of the idiots that work here. makes me nervous!!!

I think the two divers made the biggest mistake, by not both going into the contral room and locking out the pumps.
I'v worked on large mining trucks, and have asembled them.
The frist thing you do is lock out the unit.
I also have sent crane opp home, becuse I feel unsafe whan they are making heavy lifts.
Getting killed at work is not what I siged up for. I can do that my self.

Cold as it sounds, he's right.
The divers should have locked out/tagged out all pumps prior to dive.

They should have seen to it that the tender was qualified.
The tender didn't have a clue.
A retarded monkey may have performed better.

There is only one person that is going to look after you safety at work and its you..
