Word.

Theoretically there should be a lot of fresh up there, 3+ inches of water at snoqualmie, temps at 5400 there are right around 32*. Should be a couple degrees colder at gallagher and slightly less WE. Some first hand data or pics would be sweet!

We dropped into Scatter creek, Van epps area Monday. Broke trail in and out in was way easier in than out. No one followed us in all day... About eight inches on top of a crust. There's got ot be a foot or more new since. Just might get a little wet getting up that high.

Lake Cle Elum

I was at Salmon La sac today, it was about 40 at The Last Resort, and the road was clear of all ice and snow all the way to Salmon La sac. the trails were moguls up to cooper lake and they were going in to groom this aftn, but they said not much snow left to smooth it out much. they were hoping for freezing tonight. It was raining all the way up. Supposed to be cold again by Friday, so hopefully better, but will probably be really hard and icy.
