I just talked to the groomer in Winthrop and they groomed goat peak today and had 4 feet of powder with more than a foot more by Saturday night

Snow level is going up to 7000 sometime saturday and sunday. But that will make a good base.

Yeah the snow level spikes but then comes right back down. Perfect for setting up the base.

As I sit here waiting to get on a plane I can almost assure you a pineapple express is coming. Waikiki got hit with major storms last night and its warm air is headed to Washington but it will setup the base for the year if it doesn't all melt.

not sure who you talked to, but snotel at harts has not even close to that, we got 5" on the valley floor this week, not much. I hope your right, we'll see tomorrow. Be safe if you are riding this weekend, it will be dangerous.
