Kx500 front spindle don't fit!

Are all the bolts loose? Thread the axle in, get everything else on, then cycle the suspension. The right spacer fit the shoulder of the axle, not the fork.

On my CR500 mine were way to tight as well. I had a buddy machine them down by like .06" on each one.

in your photo, the left side spacer should not be visible. That is keeping your axle from threading in all the way. The left side of the spindle should just touch the nut on the left fork leg. Perhaps you got two right side spacers, or the spacers for a Kx450f? The right side spacer looks like the right width.

The right (kickstart side) spacer looks ok, the left side (chain side) looks very wrong. In your photo the axle is about 5mm ofset to the kickstart side of the bike. It should thread in further.
