Last fall i bought a leftover (last years model)2xl Valdez jacket. The zipper on the lower right pocket got jammed the second time I wore it and I ended up wrecking the zipper to get it open as my cell phone was in there. I would have been happy to have the zipper replaced when I sent it in for warranty instead they sent me a new jacket and it was the brand new model free of charge. Way more than I expected. Thought I would share some positivity since mother nature really hasn't this winter. THANKS KLIM!! ,
