once again, Klim has lived up to there reputation as the best out there. sent back a backpack that had a broken strap for warranty last thursday. on my porch this afternoon was a brand new replacement. thanks Klim! so far, two issues with two different products in six years, and they have stepped up to the plate, above and beyond expectations.
