KTM dirtbikes for kids

I have a buddy back in CO who has a kid who races and his crank on his 65cc got tweaked and those things are really hard to find back there. Same thing happened to my brother's kid.

Thought I'd throw some feelers out and see if I could find something here to help him out. He's having a bad run of luck and If I can help him out so his kid can stay on the track that would be great. He trades track time and entry fees for track work but now the bike is down so if anybody knows where I may look...

In general any machine shop should be able to fix it...

I don't think he has the money to have that done. Cheaper to find a used part and put it in. My brother went through the same thing. KTMs are kinda hard too, most shops don't have the specs for them. Husky parts will fit too.

Finding a good used ktm 65 crank I think may be nearly impossible. Have you searched eBay and there is a ktm only website I would check there too.

Call Mike Cook the service manager at the Edge motorsports in Draper. I talked to him today, he thought they might have a used one. He has rebuilt a number of them though and could do it easily. 1-801-495-3278
