Koso VS AEM UEGO Air/fuel ratio gauge which One?

As the title states guys which one would you prefere for performance & reliability and why Koso or AEM UEGO.

i was one of the few to run this guage all last season (the Koso) and its OK. After i got the firmware updated it worked better for sure, but still there's got to be more realiable and more accurate guages. I never burned down though and my sled hualed the mail, so i can't beotch to much!

I bought a Koso last winter. It rarely worked, even after sending it in for the update. This fall I took it back to the dealer I bought if from and they gave me a new one off the shelf (they were cussing Koso under their breath). This one works in the garage...I hope it does on the hill also!!

Bottom line...buy whichever one you like, but buy it from someone who will stand behind it.

As the title states guys which one would you prefere for performance & reliability and why Koso or AEM UEGO.

I just bought a Koso A/F guage, only comes on after 4-5 start-ups. got 15-16 volts to wiring harness. Not sure whats up. Going to try different things. No tech support that I can find. Doesn't come with booklet on trouble shooting. Mickey mouse installation instructions. Had to get low-down from dealer. Seems to work good when it is on though. May have done something wrong, but I don't think so.

I love my AEM!! Very easy to see. Works great, Just pull and go!!!!

I run the Koso and haven't had any issues (knock on wood). I have the bung in my slp exhaust and it reads and works well from what I can tell.

My koso wideband AF gage works great, once in a while. Often having to kill the sled then re-start two or three, or even four times to get it to work. I'll never buy another. My Koso egt's work fine.

would a switch on the power wire that a person flips on after the motor is warmed up help the koso start up better and more consistant..??

I ran a KOSO last year and as stated above, sometimes It was a real pain to get it to cycle through and start reading. I would have to shut the sled off and restart, sometimes several times before it would read properly. An AEM came with my turbo kit and it works 100% of the time, everytime.

Thats something I am going to try this year, once I put the sled back together.
