egt koso location rmk 800 turbo

Hi,
I took a KOSO EGT off my old sled and want to mount it on my 2011 turboed 800 Pro RMK. It only has only one sensor, and I'm wondering where I should mount it? Y-pipe, or after the Y-pipe? Any help would be appreciated. I contacted KOSO, but haven't heard back yet...
