DR Pierce Scraton 425 216 4220 Kirkland. Look him up, he's the man if you can get in, I've had 8 surgerys and would highly reccomend him.

Dr Gary Hunter,Federal Way.The key is to not go riding after you have surgery to soon.Even if the pills make you feel better.Just got thru with a scope job and really glad the snow slowed so I was not tempted.Previous acl replacement and went riding way too soon which led to more surgery.:beer;

I had ACL replacement in October. Recovery going well. Started sledding a couple of weeks ago. I am very happy with Dr. Roux from Orthopedics Northwest. 1-800-234-5547 or you can call Shelly at 509-834-6243 his medical assistant. They are located in Yakima and I did my rehab here in town (Cle Elum) at Peak Sports & Spine. Brad Callen is the man. Pain was a lot less than I would have thought but the boredom was worse than I could have imagined. Plan on at LEAST 4month before resuming normal activates. You can call me for more details if you wish at the Windermere office in Cle Elum. 509-674-4431 - Rod

Just had my knee done by Dr. Kontogianis 509 586-2828 great Dr. torn misk up and running 8 days sleding in 12 days

Are you saying you were able to run 8 days after surgery and ride 12 days after? If so that's great news.

I hope my damage is not an ACL/MCL, hopefully just clean things up a bit.

Stay away from a Dr. in Auburn. I missed most of last season and can't ride near what I used too due to a torn patella tendon from a cottor pin. Surgery hasn't worked and now walk with a limp and massive pain. There's no more he can do and no other Dr. will touch it.

The only positive is my buds now dig me out when I get stuck.

Call this guy.
713 907 6076, Mark Sanders, sandersclinic.net, he can fix it. That's his mobile #, he will actually answer it. He did my acl November 07, he's the best.

When I was 16 I had my ACL replaced by Dr. Roux in Yakima. He did a fantastic job, the surgery went very well, Apparently I was actually his biggest success story. I woke up from surgery and rolled out of bed and stood up and the nurse freaked out lol. I only took like 4 pain pills and never used the crutches that were given to me. I went to Northwest physical therapy and craig pigeon told me he has never seen someone heal so fast, I was sledding 2 weeks after surgery (not smart at all) but I highly recomend Dr. Roux.
