Kmod/Raptor on Pro...nice!

We did a full KMod skid with Raptor shocks on all 4's for a customer, went up with him to get it dialed in and I have to say it is night/day in the rough. Those shocks/skid soak up the bumps without kicking or getting out of form like nothing that I have ever ridden. Going through 12-18" bumps where a stock Pro (or my xp) would get out of control, bottom and kick....this setup was always in control, never bottomed even when setup fairly soft. The only thing that limited how fast I could pound through them was not wanting to break the customers sled...LOL
The assembly of the skid was straight forward and everything fit absolutly perfect. So many times aftermarket stuff is "make it fit" junk, not so with this skid. Shocks and springs were preset and only needed a slight tweek of the center shock for ski pressure.
The total skid weight (154) is withing a few ouces of stock (47+lbs) with remote res shock, ice scratchers, anti-stabs and the Cat inboard rear idler setup.
Would recommend this to anyone looking to upgrade!

I did the Raptor's on all for of mine too. Can't wait to get it out on the snow and try it out.

So you liked the way the coupled suspension worked. That is interesting. I got a ton of advice NOT to do that to my Pro unless I turboed it. Love the Raptors though. Got a set coming for my son's XP.

Not coupled....you can put the rear scissor stop on which will help keep the nose down even more, but for this particular setup we left that option off. Tons of adjustment so I'm sure it can be made to work anyway a guy wants or needs it to. 2 bolts to add or remove the rear scissor stop, which can also be adjusted to engage at different points of travel.
