Except for the new boots bought this fall, all this gear is at least a season old. I ride at least 3 times a week, most weeks 4 times from December to May. In the last 9 years I had one pair of FreeRide pants that started leaking in the seat. I sent them in and had a new pair back within a week. I had 1 pair of PowerXross gloves wear thru the leather on the outside of the palm. I sent them back and had a new pair within a week. I sent them my Valdez jacket after burning a hole in the front panel. They repaired it for 20.00 or 25.00 bucks and sent it back within 10 days. When I got it back you could not tell it had been repaired, and it still keeps me dry.
