Klim warranty rules

Buy a pair of $85 Klim gloves and get back to us. Yes I have been denied on them too after half way thu the season due to the stitching between the fingers coming out.

What are you 6 yrs old or what? (you sound like it). I put this post here to tell of my good experiences with KLIM. I have been using klim gear for 6 yrs and love it. It works in the most extreme enviroments. It's well designed, PERIOD. I have tried a lot of gear over the years and it didn't hold up near as well (not cheap gear either). You buy what you want and I will buy what I want. If you don't buy Klim its your loss I'm sure they won't miss your bussiness or your attitude.

Why don't you guys just complain in the other klim threads and leave this thread alone as I made a post to give them a little credit. And no I don't have interest in klim. Just like their gear, I would agree that the gloves don't sound like they last but in honesty I haven't found a pair of gloves that will last a season. I've tried $120 Dakine's (had lots of them great first few rides then the stitching comes out). Tried cold wave, lasted longer but not much. Tried Polaris gloves, same results. full leather palm gloves last the longest (I can get about 1000km's before they fall apart), just not to waterproof.
Really don't want a pissin match just like the klim suits.

Umber, you said pissin.:p:p

I bought a set of Cabela's leathers gloves and those things lasted 3 good long seasons. For fifty bucks that isn't a bad deal.

I have not found a glove that lasts, the klim powercross gloves have lasted me the longest. I have had my adreniline boots, gloves, and helmet warranteed. I swear by klim gear from a customer stand point. I have not been impressed about how they have treated some of the dealers I deal with

"lifetime guarantee"

Klim may make a good product but I spent over $300 on a pair of their bibs. After the second time I had to have them resew the seam they told me the "LIFETIME GUARANTEE" was only 3 years. Thats what they considered the "life of the garment" and they would no longer fix them. I had used em 2 years.
From now on I'll buy cheaper stuff and just throw it away when it needs repaired rather than throwing my money away on a supposed "LIFETIME GUARANTEE"

I bought powerxross gloves last year and love them. However, a seam came out on both gloves almost immediately. After reading these threads I was worried they wouldn't warranty them. It is obvious Tudizzle's gloves were defective and there shouldn't have been any hesitation to warranty them. It makes me hesitant to buy more of their gear, though I bought Free Ride pants this year, haven't used them yet.

I just sent my gloves in last week. Today a package showed up, brand new powerxross gloves, shipping paid by Klim. I'm very happy they were warrantied, and wonder why others haven't gotten the same. These gloves fit a bit bigger, though they're the same size (XS so I can't really get any smaller unfortunately). They've also taken away some of the knuckle padding which I assume will make them a bit colder there. But they're my favorite gloves so far and I'm sticking with them. I'm hoping Klim will turn their service around and honor other's warranties as they did mine. That's what they're built on, great product and lifetime warranty. I'm very happy, I'm wondering why others haven't gotten the same service. Maybe it just depends on who opens the package and their mood of the day??

It seems like the problem lies mostly with their gloves, and somewhat with the boots. You don't often see posts about warranty claims on coats or bibs.
That said, I hope my new Klim Tomahawk parka does a good job this winter, and the best gloves I've ever ridden with are a $20 pair of "Stick It" brand gloves I bought at a sporting goods store. Removeable liners FTW!

Klim rocks. Best sled gear available (gloves suck). That being said, its pretty obvious that a lot of fellas have pretty skewed opinions. I mean, c'mon, some of you guys even buy Ford diesels, LOL. sort of destroys any cred you have of being aware of quality or longevity.
