Stiching was coming out on my gloves that were a few years old; were warrantied no questions asked.

Yep...I had some gloves I sent back and a Valdez jacket the stiching was coming apart on....they are replacing both. Recieved the gloves last week but waiting on restock of jackets...Sweet Thanks Klim..

Ya we have found their warranty department to be very helpful. They inspect the product to make sure it is their issue, and then replace just like they say they will.

I have the expensive bibs (forget what they are called), they were frayed at the end from rubbing on my boards. I was told I could send it in and have them do repairs for $40 shipped. I figured that was reasonable. I got a call from Klim a few days later telling me that when they tested the bibs, the seat was showing signs of leaking (that sounds wrong). So they sent me the 2013 version of my bibs for free! That is good service. Brand new free bibs because mine were worn. I think the problem here is that everyone expects that when they wear (uh...tear) their gear that Klim will replace it for free. Be reasonable and I think you will find that Klim has it together.

Sent in a pair od Adrenalin boots. 3 years old. My left boot started to get soaked inside. Called them they said send um in and we will check them out. $18 shipping and 2 weeks later a box in the mail, brand new boots. These guys are top notch. Thank you Klim
