I had an old pair of free ride pants that I had used for probably four years, they were starting to get a little worn and starting to leak so I bought a new pair last year. I had a little problem right off with the new pair the gator came loose where it is gllued to the inside of the pants.
So I called Klim and explained to them what I had going, they gave me return numbers fo both pairs of pants. I sent in the new ones first and had them back in less than two weeks looking like new. I I then sent in the old ones and waited a week or so and got a call fro KLIM saying that they found the knees and seat to be leaking and they they would be happy to take care of them and replace them for me.
I am very impressed with the service and quality of the warranty. Klim stepped up and took care of the issues with very little hassel.
Wouldn't it be nice if all companies would stand behind there products like this, Polaris could take a few notes from KLIM on warranty and customer service.
