Klim Team gear bag

Looking at purchasing a Klim Team gear bag for this season and would like to know from those that have this bag the pros and cons. http://www.klim.com/Team-Gear-Bag-3313-003.html
What I want in a bag is to have separate compartments for helmet, boots, and enough room for riding gear. Coat, pants/bibs, Tekvest, goggles, gloves, (several pairs), and other miscellaneous items with room to spare. Don't want to have everything so tightly packed its a pain. Not looking for a rolling gear bag like OGIO as it is bigger then I want.
Thanks in advance.

i would be interested to know how this works and maybe a photo from the top showing how things would fit , thanks in advance

I don't have any photos.....

But I've had this bag for about 4 years now and picked up a HMK Sherpa Bag last season. They both work great and up until the HMK bag this was my go to gear bag. But now I pretty much only use the Sherpa bag for normal weekends and pack the KLIM one for longer week type trips when I have extra gear. The Sherpa is just easier to carry IMO.

With that said the KLIM bag is very durable and is made solid so if you are going to go with a gear bag like that style its hard to beat.

Would you be able to get some photos of the HMK bag loaded w/items so that we could see how it works? Don't want to get a bag and be disappointed in the style and brand I purchased only to find a better one.

If your looking for a "do all" / "carry all" bag then I would recommend the Klim Kodiak bag. I have the Kodiac bag, the OGIO rig 9800 and the HMK Sherpa.

The Klim Kodiac and the Rig 9800 are my favorite for "all around". For trips to Cooke City, where we ride in, then the Sherpa bag is used and it works very well too.

All of them have a good amount of room and are functional but it really comes down to what and how you want to use it???

I have had the Klim gear bag for 6 years and I couldn't ask for a better bag! I can carry all my gear in it which includes:

1. Two pairs of boots
2. Helmet
3. Jacket & pants
4. Tekvest
5. All layering clothes
6. Gloves
7. Boot dryer if I go for a few days
8. My pack if I stuff the bag full

You won't be disappointed with the Klim Gear bag. The one thing that I like about the one that I have is the two separate compartments at each end for boots......after a day of riding you can put your boots in and not worry that your gear will get wet if they are built up with snow. I attached a picture of the bag I have and it is a noncurrent bag

I can give you one better. Here is a great video review on it that Tudizzle did.

Pros
- this bag provides everything you seek.
- fits everything on your list.
- very durable...mine is 5 years old and still looks good.

Cons
- fully loaded it can be a little awkward to carry.

Overall, I've been very happy with this bag.
