KLIM Inversion Glove?????

Looking for some personal experience with these gloves in temps around 0 degrees. /how good do they work in these temps. I am looking for a good glove that is not bulky and was looking at the powercross and the inversion.

I like the windstopper on the inversion which seems like it should stop most of the cold but may not be the case.

Anyone who has used either of these please respond

Thanks

Fingas

I wear cottons under my inversion gloves when its real cold out and they seem to work out great.

Get em you'll like em.

Had a pair for 2 years and they always kept my hands dry and warm.

Old pair starting to look a bit battered now so they get used for cold weather motorcycle riding and I got a new pair of Klim Togwotees for sledding this season.

I have a pair of the inversion's and I would not recommend them for temps that low. I like the powerxross and wear then 99% of the time.

I have used the inversion glove past 2 years, getting pretty worn though, they are a great glove and the primary pair I use but I always carry another pair (or two) if it gets too cold or they get too wet. You can usually warm them up and dry out just ridding around w/the hand warmer on, I'd think twice about buying if you don't have hand warmers, although I really like the inversion I will probably buy the powercross this year. I think either glove will be a good choice if you buy the inversion buy big or the'yll tear between the fingers.

I do have handwarmers and handguards so thats covered but it looks like majority is the powercross. I cant really see spending the 50 bucks just to "try". I was leaning towards the powercross but wanted some feedback on the inversion.

Thanks for the input men.

As stated above, I wouldn't go with the Inversion that low, hands will get cold. I've worn mine with Thermolite liners down in the single digits and been OK. I switch to the Powercross when it gets really cold.

Great advice ... Powerxross for that kind of cold. I use my Inversions when it's warmer and not much digging involved. When they get wet, they aren't that warm until the heaters cook 'em dry.

99% of my riding is done with the inversion glove. On deep powder days i will end up rotating through about 3 pair, keeping the last dry pair for the ride out. If your riding a trail at 60mph at 0 degrees your gonna get a little cold. If your working the trees or riding agressive at 0 degrees your gonna be just fine.

That being said i have a set of powerxross gloves in the pack in case im spending the night...

bottom line, i don't think you will be disappointed with the inversion glove at all.

DO NOT expect these to stay dry. I have been just a 1/2 into a ride in snowy or rainy days and had to swap out gloves due to prune fingers.....that quickly. They are not good for that.

A couple of stuck sleds into the day and you are putting on a dry pair.

The inversions are a windstopper gore-tex. They are not cold proof or water proof. If you are boondocking and playing hard these work excellent. As stated above, they aren't really a trail glove. Although, I have an employee wearing them for street riding as the temps have been getting cooler. I like them when I'm riding aggressively. They work good for conditions when you need something a little better than an MX glove. Thin and lightweight. I wear the Togwotte on the trail and then switch to the inversion plus keep a spare in my pack.
The Powerxross is going to be a better all around glove. Good feel and not bulky. Gore-tex rather than windstopper. Not as warm or bulky as the togwotee, but warmer than the inversion and waterproof.
