Klim Has a Customer For Life

I bought a Klim Valdez coat in 2002. Recently it had started leaking in the arms a little bit. I sent it in on Monday and today I got a brand new coat. I couldn't be happier with their warrantee and customer service.

Sorry but you aren't getting a Gore-Tex jacket for 1/3rd the price of a Klim jacket. Compare apples to apples.

We get it already they make the best stuff and offer the best warranty in the business.
