Klim gear and sizing ???

Help needed from the Klim experts out there!

Looking at upgrading some gear and I’ll have to order it but I’m wondering what sizes to go with. I researched and found some information but the problem is, that it seems like I’m always right in the middle for sizing.

I’m looking at the Togowtee Bibs, Valdez Jacket and a pair of Summit gloves.

As far as the gloves I measured just over 10 inches, so I would assume XL? Only reason I ask is that some gloves I wear a XXL.

As far as the coat and bibs, I’m 6 foot and run about 230 and have normally worn XL for a coat and bibs in the past. For me it’s always seems like a large fits a little snug and the XL is usually a little big.
As far as numbers,

Chest 48/49, Plus I wear a Tekvest so I’m not sure how much to add on for that?????
Waste 37 /38
Hips 42
Inseam 33
Sleeve 31

Oh, and I like long walks on the beach………………………wait a minute wrong website.

Any and all help or advice is welcome!!!!

Disclaimer: Not a Klim expert, and no long walks on the beach being offered :face-icon-small-ton

I'm 6'3", 240lbs, 38 waist, 34/36 inseam, 48 chest, Xtra-Long arm length, and hands.

I wear both the Valdez jacket and Togwotee bibs in XL. I would think that the L would be too small for you, the XL would be better, but the arm and pant lengths might be a little long. I think that going a little bigger rather than small helps for freedom of movement and ability to layer as needed. For gloves, I wear XXL. You know what they say about guys with big hands.................big gloves!

Just curious, do you wear a Tekvest under your Valdez jacket?? If not how much extra room do you have??

I don't wear a Tekvest. Enough room for easy mobility right now, but a vest might make it snug. Hopefully more guys will comment and help you out.

My chest measurement is ball park with yours. I normally wear an XL, but in my Klim Power Cross pullover I wear a XXL to allow extra room for my Tech Vest. I don't like feeling restricted. The sleeves are long for me, but the cuffs cinch up fine, so not a big deal. Your arms are a little bit longer than mine... Good luck

Thanks guys!

I checked last night and the Tekvest adds about 1 inch to 1.5 inches to the chest measurement. I actually thought it would be more.

FYI; the Tek Vest fills out the shoulders too...

Thanks guys!
