Klim F4 Helmet

i came from the cl-x4 to the klim. You will want an XL klim with the smaller (20mm i think) cheek pads. I love the klim helmet and now that its summer i like it even more! so much cooler!
I took Phatty's advice and bought one at the beginning of the season. I really like mine. It kept my noggin' nice and cool when I was riding hard.
As far as fit goes, I would recommend trying it on prior to purchase because they do fit a little different than most helmets due to the shape created from their molds.
This helmet took some abuse on this site last fall, but after looking it over I decided it was build as nice as any helmet on the market. The logic behind the air fins seemed to make sense so I bought one. If you ride hard enough to sweat this is the helmet to have.
It did not due any of the negative things originally predicted. Never leak a drop of water on my head, and even when the fins were full of snow you could still feel the cold air hitting your head.

the fit is wrong for most humans...and findings goggles that fit is no easy task
nonetheless, i worn mine all winter and have been wearing it this summer, no head sweat is worth more then the price of the helmet, plus it comes with extra parts and two sizes of jaw pads, i use the smaller pads in the winter cuz a head sock takes the extra room and the bigger pads for the summer

The fit is very similar to a Fox F3. More of a narrow fit than the round pumpkin fit of the HJC. Much more conforming than alot of people are used to. Well built helmet that performs as advertised.
As stated in previous post, that is truly how the helmet fits as of now. Part of the reason they have not fixed it yet is due to the fact that they made so many of those helmets they are trying to sell through them. As far as they goggle fitment problem, I have heard (not sure if it is truth) that Klim will have a solution to the problem this fall. Guess we'll have to wait and see?
Thanks Team 2, I ordered one from you last friday, what goggles work the best with the helmet? I have just ordered a set of 509's, a buddy of mine had them last last year and I was super impressed, I hope there going to work.
