Buddy just kinked his tunnel on his 14 pro rmk, right by secondary clutch. Anyone that has done this have any luck fixing it? Any help would be awesome.

first thing I did was the fastrax tunnel braces, I think you could flatten is back out and use there kit on there, you could go with stainless bolts instead of the rivits in order to pull it flat...IMHO

My buddy did a similar thing on his '13. He hammer and dolley'd it straight and put the fire n ice reinforcements in...seems as good as new!!

This is what I did. Stripped all the way down to get everything staight then had a machine shop copy the stock plates and make them out of stainless. Took a lot of work but turned out great and hopefully its stronger.

I went with VanEmburg chromium kit looks great and seems to be very strong! Not a good pic of bulkhead braces but does show tunnel reinforcement brace..

Bud did the same to his 13 and the Insurance totaled it.

If he was smart, he could have bought it back and fixed it for cheap. I am currently waiting on my insurance claim for my bulkhead. I ordered $1,000 in parts and will probably pocket $5k. In the end, it will be stronger and basically means I get the sled for 1/2 price. I did that on another sled in '11 and made out like a fat cat.
