King with pipe jetting?

My buddy's king with a pipe always reads a ,quit a bit, cooler cylinder on one side. Just wondering if anyone has run different size jets to get her to run more perfect, and if so what are some examples? Not sure what he has in it that is why I am looking for examples. Thanks all

i run twins and the mag side usually reads hotter so i run staggered jetting for example 420 PTO side 430 MAG side

I am running a stock pipe right now and still stagger jet. 340 pto 350 mag.
The mag side of those motors runs hot. you need to add some fuel to it.

Sorry to bring the post back from the dead, but can someone tell me why the mag side tends to run hotter on these motors? Or is that just the way it is? Visually everything seems pretty balanced on the intake and exhaust sides. Just curious.

I was told it is how the water circulates thru the cylinders? It may be something else? Mike
