anyone out there have a anti ratchet stock king cat 05 or newer shaft? im looking for one for my turbo 900 setup. thanks.. russell3571@aol.com

I've got the stock shaft out of a 03 900 MC. How would I tell if the drivers are anti ratchet or not.

Only 05 and 06 King Cats had the anti rachet drivers from the factory on them.

If it has teeth sticking upward, The 03's didn't have these drivers. But they can be installed.

the early shafts are only 1 1/16 or 1 1/8 and the 05kk had 1 1/4 shaft i believe.

03.5's had 1.25" shafts, They changed them with the 1/2 year model upgrades. An early 03 was probably the 1.125" snapper as you suggested.
