yep it is. Bud, my wife and I are making the trip from Rochester. Gotta tryand get a picture of TP giving a big thumbs up by my wifes ready to pop pregnant belly.

You guys know where I can get more info on that race? This is the first I heard of it, heck I lived up in Duluth last year and never heard of it......bummer!

It is a interesting and fun time. You will have many opps to meet up with the drivers, typically before the races start. The best time to get autographs or pics is Friday night before the head out, or Sat afternoon. Usually after the race is over each day it is a little hecktic. Travis should be sticking around this year to race dirt track Sunday night at the Bemidji Speedway (I will have to confirm that, I know he wanted to a couple months ago, and few other guys want to also).

dirt track on bikes or cars?
Didn't clink the link but you seem in the know, last time I checked it out for hotels and such it was from last year still. My bud has gone before and he says the "pits" are super open and the drivers are way laid back.

As for hotel prices, not sure if they went up or not. Highly doubt they have gone up, its Bemidji (not that big of a town) and there are a lot of hotels to choose from.
As far as dirt track goes, it is stock cars. I don't have things confirmed yet on which class they will be racing (they are borrowing cars from local guys), and not sure exactly who will be sticking around.
