keep blowing the welds on a 09 800r turbo

anybody had this problem with the stock pipe??
what have people done to fix it???

Get the BOV to dump properly.

Or buy an aftermarket pipe which is already welded all together and much stronger, of course i know that = more $$$ to spend. but it may save some headaches

if your blowing it out all the time, something is wrong. its a weaker pipe for sure, and fully welding the seams helps. BUT, it should be able to make it a handful of rides without blowing it out.

put on about 350 miles on a stock pipe with fully welded seams with a full sized 3071 turbo this year. No problems blowing a seam. Curious whats going on. Post up some pictures.
