I am moving to Kamloops in the spring and was wondering where the good places are too ride. I have been to Crowfoot and Owls head, but tere nust be some good riding closer than that?
Behind Crowfoot is Lichen and Puky. It's a damned big area; most peaple just ride crowfoot/Griz. There's also riding south of town (Merrit) and the Coquihalla. North there's riding in Clearwater and Barrier as well.
Depends on the type of riding you want. There are endless unplowed logging roads; get a backroads map book of the area and explore.
