Good customer service is such an awesome thing. I recently purchased a throttle cable extension for my sled from my local shop. Witch broke after about 3 rides. So I went into said dealer and of course they wouldn't warranty it. So I called Powermadd and talk to Terri, the office manager, and without any hesitation she was glad to take care of me. She never accused me of possibly installing it wrong, like my local shop did.
