After a very satisfying and rewarding 4 year relationship I decided to let go of my beloved 900 Fusion recently. To my surprise, as I was fully aware of the bad rep these sleds have, it sold instantly. There are really mixed feelings at play here. 3500 totally trouble free km, not a belt blown, not a spark plug fouled...nothing.
I managed to make a beast out of this sled, and I owe a lot of that to this very forum. Although I haven't posted here in a while, I spent numerous evenings reading every thread from top to bottom, gaining insight into the somewhat hidden possibilities these sleds possess.
My mods weren't complicated or costly, a CPI twin stinger exhaust can, SLP airvents and airbox, team 719 helix and a white/almond primary spring, always kept an eye on the tps and exhaust valves, and that's about it.
Having ridden almost exclusively with newer and longer 800+ sleds, I like to think I've done my fair share to reverse peoples opinions on these sleds. God only knows how often I've gotten the
face from my fellow riders at how powerful and troublefree my Fusion always was.
My next steps aren't fully molded as we speak, but doubtlessly I'll go for another Polaris. Maybe it's time to try out the new Assault and see what all the fuzz is about. In any case I'd like to post a very big THANK YOU to the contributors of this forum, as stated previously, information here has proven invaluable when it comes to the 900cc powerplant.
Goodbye my lovely Fusion![Heart  ](https://www.snowest.com/forum/images/smilies/old/heart.gif)
