Just picked up my first turbo Nytro, need tuning suggestions

I just bought my first turbo Nytro (2008) and am wondering what all I can do to it as far as tuning goes? It has the MCXpress turbo kit (25 series turbo)

Clutched?

If it's clutched now, you should be all tuned up. Gas and go. 2,000mi. on my PL TNytro this winter and was vitually gas and go from 2,000' to 8,000'. 1 belt too. That's 1,938 more miles than my '08 XP 146 got on its first belt!!!!

1 month before first ride hit the gym, get your arms in shape!!!! seriously do it!

What kind of clutch setup do you have??

I only get 500-700 mi before I must change belt!!

I have allot of vents, supertip, shockwave, EPI purple, 20/40

Most guys are running Arctic cat green secondary spring,blue brown blue primary spring,Shock Wave Helix, and Supper tips or power quest weights. Alot of guys do use the Dalton's as well. Myself dont care for them. The 240hp kit to the 270 is well worth the up grade, it just involves a fuel pump, re map and a boost controller.So you get to run more boost obviously and make more power.Also with the upgrade the mcx kits did seem to run more clean with that re map. Well you have time over the summer, i would go over that sled, check your exhaust for any cracks because the stock exhaust on those do break.Check the chain case, maybe even replace the chain, its cheap insurance. We have found that a tunnel dump was a well spent upgrade as well.CR racing has them And seem to help out in the cracking issue with the exhaust. Good choice in sled and kit!! Im sure you will have fun:beer;

Yea put a 700cc polaris motor in it.....give me a break. He's looking for tips not retarded jiberish. The nytro will be awsome rode with a bunch they run really good. I have a buddy with the exact set up I can put you in touch with him. Let me know

Chris

My bad. I thought he was one of these guys that like to cause sh** on here. My appologies to your buddy. You will love that nytro. I just picked up a apex this spring. Just setting it up. Good luck have fun.

I bought the sled from "Devil" on here. The sled has the stock rear skid with an Apex spring. Track is a 162x15x2.5. Here's a couple of pics! :beer;
