Just looking for some good riding spots anyone have suggestion?

Hey guys whats up, I plan on heading out to Grand Lake in March and am looking for some help on where to go for some good back country riding. Any help would be appreciated. I do plan on heading to Rabbits Ears for the day but not sure where else to go while out at Grand Lake.

If your looking for a place to stay and ride out of check us out at Vagabond Ranch. Were just to the west of Grand Lake, which you can ride to. You can also check out our face book page for pictures and updates.

I'm going to come visit you guys, looks fun! can't wait to meet others wanting to ride and get outside and snowmobile starting Feb 1!

Right out of grand lake, on the way to Grandby, you can take the FS trail up and ride all over up there. Little Chicken and Super Chicken have some decent riding behind them. You can get a trail map from www.snowmobilecolo.com. Otherwise, in the nearby area, you're looking at Corona (just south of winter park), Rabbit Ears (south of Steamboat), Buffalo Pass (just east of rabbit ears), Steamboat Lake (North of Steamboat), Vail Pass (just outside of the Vail ski resort)..maybe up to the snowies?

The state snowmobile association has most of the maps listed.

You'd think a "guide" would know where things were. :face-icon-small-dis
