Just installed a RK-Tek drop in kit

I installed a RK Tek drop in kit, with 14.1 domes yesterday in my 2011 800 RMK (non-pro). As a novice on snowmobiles it went better then I thought. Had to do a little more work then I first thought, but over all it was easier then I thought.

I've run it thought 3 heat cycles and made a short run with it today. I can say that it really woke up my sled (my sled had around 150 on a motor rebuild that was done under warranty) and was a very clear gain with this upgrade.

Can't wait to get out to Cooke in two weeks. It should be a lot of fun.

if you think it woke up now your going to be thrilled when the rings seat all the way, these things really seem to wake up around the 80-100 mile mark

Took it for a 20 mile ride today. Very happy with it. I hope to get more seat time in before we head out to Cooke.

If anyone is on the fence about doing this mod, I would jump on it.
