I ordered a tank from JustGasTanks.com for my a bike, but sold the bike before the tank arrived. After several emails, I finally got an RMA number from Daniel on 6.28.19, which he said I needed for a return. I boxed it up with an RMA slip and sent it off, but never received a refund. I called several times (each time a few weeks apart), inquiring about the refund. Each time I was told that the box is probably in the warehouse, and as soon as they open it, they will refund me. Again, this is 16 months ago.

What would you do?

At this point I would reverse the charges on the credit card.

Keep your records of shipping the tank back to them...along with copies of all of any emails in case they dispute the reverse of charge. Also if you can...find the log of when you called them.

Most often the CC companies will support the purchaser in disputes.

Bummer to hear. They are typically a good company in my experience though I have only bought tanks from them, never returned.
