Just Finished A couple of Logan Coaches! Looking for Feedback!

Just finished installing floors in a couple of Logan Coach trailers and wanted some feedback. We think they turned out great!

What do you all think about these trailers? We have been nothing but impressed!

Now that our floor is in, this trailer is ready for years upon years of use with no worries of rot or wearing out! Not to mention they look great!

Any questions for us?

It looks nice.
And how well does the floor dry with that? Does it impede the dry out process?

How does the flooring accommodate the ducted in-floor heating system?

This floor works great with in floor heating because of its flow through design, it allows the heated air to pass through it unimpeded. The other reason we love this feature is it allows water to flow through it and drain which leaves the surface dry and non slip.

Looks great. How does the floor hold up to carbides running over it repeatedly?

That is EXACTLY why we use this material. The carbides don't affect this floor in the least! I have had it in trailers that get used ALOT for over 5 years and they still look as good as the day i put them in.

Thanks for the question!

Actually the dry out process sped up with this material. It allows the water to pass through it leaving your surface dry an non slip.

We also do various types of drain systems depending on the trailer type and customer request.

Nice looking trailers and flooring!

How are you attaching the flooring?

We have a few different methods of installation depending on the subfloor material of the trailer (plywood, polybead, aluminum, steel etc) but the floor is designed to be self supporting, so once its all put together and in the trailer, it does a really good job of staying put and not moving. We do you a few fasteners around the door edges to keep the edge secure for when snowmobiles or other machines travel in and out it remains secure.
