just bought a 08. need help on shocks

hey guys, i moved over to the dark side, i still have the dragons, but i picked one of these up to try it out. it has rh frt suspension damage, all i need to know is can i find a pair of shocks that will be cheaper then $331 for a new one? like a set of aftermarket ones or anything?

Z-Bros is good stuff...but it will cost ya.

Holz has sets of Fox Zero Pros valved and ready to go for $500.

I have had good experiences with Holz and Fox...I don't even bother buying X package machines any more once I realized how much better aftermarket suspension was.

You could sell your good stocker in the swapmeet.

shocks off a 07 XRS work great on the Xp's. the valving is wayy better than the stock XP shocks and the springs are Ti so lightweight.

looks like their more damage. theirs a support that runs behind the silencer that kinda holds the bulkhead together. thats tweaked as well. so i guess the whole front is slightly tweaked. ill be pulling that support off and trying to pull it back a little with litttttle force. this thing is gonna grow through alot this winter anyways so it doesnt have to be perffect. were can i find a cheap *** silencer?

i have walker evans air shocks off an rmk on my xp. had to make some small spacers and bushings for the bolts out of some pipe.

Depends on how cheap you are looking for. You could just do away with the shocks and put some square tubing in their place and swap out the skis for some old leaf spring style skis....sory couldn't resist.
