June 11 Ride w/ Pics NE Nevada

Had a blast with my son Chris today, he kicked my butt all morning riding my old long in the tooth sled "Old Yeller". I enjoy these late spring rides where we can get out and shred the mountain after he comes home from college. We don't have much opportunity to ride together during the school year. Had way too much fun!!! Might have to give it another go tomorrow.

We ride from the roads end up Lamoille Canyon, southeast of Elko, NV. From the looks of things we should have another couple weeks of access to snow. It's been a great season.

Here's one picture from the 12th I thought captured a moment fairly decent. I always hope to get at least one fairly well composed photo per ride, one that has a little color, a little sky, some scenery, a little action. I actually hit a bump in the hill that through me left, but the picture makes it look like I know what I'm doing.
