As a bit of a disclaimer, I have no seat time with ski-doo, know very little about them other than what I've read on here in the past week or so. Any knowledge would be apprieciated.
I'm looking at possibly buying a 2005 summit 800HO 151" with 1500 miles. I've read a bit about the defective piston rings and intake boots on the 2005's, which doesn't necessarily scare me away just yet... I'm fairly confident I can replace those without issue. What are some other things I should know about this sled? What range of years did the 800s have problems?
