My buddy was up last week gonna go see for myself I'll be up around 12
Any update on conditions? any new snow?
Last weekend (sorry, a week ago last sat) there were some super deep spots, but we've just gotten much more wind than snow, so the upper stuff is rough looking.
A buddy was there on sunday & said "It's still VERY THIN... but you can ride some spots & have fun"
He's not very picky, so that's not saying a lot coming from him
I wish it was better. Funny, sat before last when I was up there I was the first person into the N basin... at NOON. unreal how few people even ride up there anymore. The cat op just turned the place into a SH**show.
btw, they've gotten even more careless about rolling snow chunks off their blade, if you go up in low visibility, seriously be careful of any riding near their road, it's pretty bad if you hit one of those things.
