Jetting on ported REV 800

I have an 06 REV 800 HO Ptec and just got set of cylinders that are ported. I think they were done by SLP. Also have SLP single pipe and intake kit. Stock head. Ride 3000-6000 ft.

I think that SLP recommends 440's but wanting to get other opinions. Rather run a little fat than a little scary.

Thanks for your input.

I got an 04 800 rev with the slp kit: porting, head, pipe, reeds and i'm running 400 mains with DPM for 3000 to 6500'

440 is safe to start with if you don't have DPM

I would start with the stock 400's. I'm running Aaen Race ported cylinders, Aaen 15:1 head, Aaen pipe and HPS can. Running 100LL Im jetted fat with 420. A/f ratio at wide open Im 11.9 And my piston wash is perfect.

With some good premium fuel I would run it and check your piston wash after riding.

Stock Jets

The 800 HO P-teks had 440 mains for stock jets, which should be plenty safe for your setup.
