Jerry Can for Revs, whats best working?

Has The seat on it and want to try out the can that tucks under the seat. Anybody notice they dont sit well or leak or anything bad about them? I'd like to keep the weight as far towards the front as keeping the skis down can pose a problem with some extra weight on my tunnel:D

Are there a couple people that make this design or is a go too TeamCC and just grab her n go type deal. Thanks

I've got one on my Summit and I haven't had any issues with it, leaking or anything else. I've also never had to use it but I bring it in case my friends with the gas guzzlers run out. It fits nicely into the seat and you'll never know it's there. I bought mine used online but you can't go wrong buying from Team CC in ER either, damn good customer service there.

Never had an issue with the can itself for the years I have been using it. Now the rivets that hold the can on the sled have backed out a few times but that can easily be fixed.

Used the Doo can on my 07 XRS151 Worked great.
Put the XP version of the Doo can on my 09 Cat race sled. Never lost it even hammering through the woops. The XP version has plastic supports that help hold the can off the tunnel and a 4 point mounting system for the strap.

As far as rivets loosening, I drilled brackets to 1/4 inch holes and use bolts/washers/and lock nuts. They have never been loose since install. Rivets will pull every time if you ride hard.

121" REV with a 2" paddle and ski-doo jerry can, this thing lives on the bumper, never had an issue, plus they look clean. If your worried about it riding on the tunnel just get some rubber stops from ace or customize something.

151 with Mt. Tamer and it still lives on its bumper, lol. Maybe i just need to let off the throttle some..

Hey no Joke nice ride I meet you the other day I have the 10 Grabber Blue.

likewise, love the color and ride man. I think Im gonna drive the cobra the rest of the week while I can, seasonal tags suck this time of year when weather is still good. PM me up if your interested in modding/parts for your car, I have some hookups. Ive been messin with blown modulars for a lil while now, built a couple motors etc....

sorry for the thread jack Catill

I will I'm thinking of dropping pulley and a tune this winter, Chad was telling me about your ride sounds like you could get into the 9' if you could hook up.

It has the power, it went 10.40's like you saw it a couple a days ago on my race tune/racegas. Pullin a lil weight, and adding some slicks/skinnys over the winter, should move out, I predict some parts breakage 1st though.

I'm surprised by all the positive feedback, and truthfully was hoping to see someone bring up something different I could try. I've lost two full cans in Eureka in the last three years... and another one somewhere else, that one i think was either stolen in g-wood at a restaurant or someone borrowed it and never returned it.. .????

As for the two in Eureka, i haven't ruled out the possibility that i'm just special and didn't fasten them good enough!?

NOJOKE, im a Stang lover soo no big deal!

Trav, ill just strap the poo out of mine too make sure she doest fall off. The idea and design seems too be there so i rhink everything will work out okay. Thanks for all the comments guys

I'm going to go with this one ;)

I'll never forget the day you told me "Travis, you are special..", then there was an awkward silence that lasted about 5-7 seconds where i was thinking about how i could possibly be dumber than normal.... then you continued... "which is why i love you." And that previous thought disappeared, and i knew we were meant to be!
