Got to demo one today and before I even got in it I was not super thrilled as a ton of guys told me how bad there were ect ect lots of horror stories.

Anyways after 8hrs I was very impressed it was super well balanced had a ton of breakout power and everything is open and very easy to work on. Just not very many things about it I disliked seemed to do everything the others do some things better very nice hoe but I was just curious if any of you had any real 1000+ hrs on one tell the real story on these new models they have.

We have a couple Cat 430 and 420 that we picked up new last year with ~3000hr on them now. Don't talk to the operators much but from the maint side there have been no issues.

The company I used to work for was a JCB dealer, biggest problem we had was the lugs kept breaking off in the wheels. 5 Studs to hold a wheel on that size?

Ya I have had great luck with Cat and Deere not a fan of Case or at least the older ones.

My biggest worry would be I don't see any JCB servise trucks running around like Cat and Deere

I have used JCB track loaders for about 6 years now. I love them, but they break to darn easy and the parts are way out of line $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$. I would have to assume the same for the backhoe parts.
