jaws with high comp head

i was reading up on the jaws d series and i read that if you have a head mod you might actually loose power with them.. my sled has slp porting, speedwerxs mono 13:1 head, 1.5 timing key, bored carbs, stm valves, now i have jaws d series pipes, but also am getting a set of slp twins... which set do you think will run better? anyone with any experiance?

Mine works with Jaws D-pipes

I had to wrap them. I have a 975 with high comp heads, porting and three deg. advance.

That's what I was planing on doing, I can't really see jaws pipes haveing less hp then slp
