Jaws 'D' bigbore pipes for 800/900 big bore. These are the pipes that cutler, ubr, split second, and other shops run on big bore cats. Kelsey at RKT also uses these pipes on OEM bore 900 sleds with lots of porting. I had them coated along with the can, then built a new can that exists out the next to the ski like an M sled but it needs to be coated. These pipes are $800 new without coating or shipping, and the parts to build the new can is $300. I would like to get $600 for everything shipped since I have about $1200 into them, but will entertain offers.

I have those as well as the hooks.

I have springs as well. The one thing you would need is to get EGT caps from exhaustgas.com.

Yes, they should. If I remember correctly the 03 ZR had the same drop case, so they should fit, but keep in mind that they are very right around the oil and coolant bottle. I don't run oil injection so I'm not quite sure how tight it is, but Jaws builds these pipes to fit stock sleds.

Keep in mind these are the big bore pipes, so unless your running wild porting or bigger pistons these are not the pipes you want.

These are the big bore pipes so the ID is just over 1.5" so about 1.525".

When run at high elevation many put restrictors in them, but I run at sea level so I left them as is.

Greg at jaws builds these to run wide open for long periods of time so they are a fairly 'loose' pipe.

Yes, they will fit that engine and yes I have everything to install them in a AWS5 cat.
