yes and no, while I am not a freak for their E start only setups, the weight of the new 450's is asanine.... super strong power and as light as a 2 stroke.... kicker is nice, but for the amount of weight the ktm saves vs a jap bike, it is hard to argue with what they having going.

Yup, they're doing great with the weight. But like how you could add a kick to the older motors.




With the super cold days, I like having the kick on there.

Photo of airbox and battery... dam crowded.... will be interesting how to fit a snorkel in heavy powder areas...

But good to add another Japanese "X" bike to the Snowbike / cell start brigade.
