Just watching the news and heard there is a winter storm warning for parts of Texas, Mississippi, Georgia.... They said parts of Texas had 6"!! Flights delayed, schools closed..... Why is it that here it is the middle of December and there is barely enough to cover the grass in S.E. Idaho? And they get 6 inches! WTF! Tell me how that works.

i was talking to my cousin who lives near San Antonio and he was freaking out because it was snowing and he had no clue how to drive in that much snow so i asked him how much was there and he haid half an inch lol. but yes it is BS that we arnt getting squat
That is BU11SH!T... My brother lives in Georgia, and he said that people we're acting as if the world was going to end. Good news though, the NWS in Pocatello issued a winter storm warning for Eastern Idaho in affect from midnight Friday through Sunday morning. Accumulations in the SR valley are supposed to reach up to 5" and 12+" in the Highlands!

It's Raining!!!! In Nebraska? December 11th and it's raining? Get real. I haven't got the sleds out in the state of Nebraska for the better part of a decade now (for any half way decent riding anyway).

Fear not fellow riders all hope is not lost, at least in the panhandle of northern Idaho. Winter storm "warning" is in effect for mid-day friday till sunday a.m. accumulations of up to 12'' in the valleys and up to 2' in the mtn.
Wahooooo gonna finally pull the rope!!. On the downside the low tuesday is suppose to be anywhere from -6 f to -15f w/o windchill depending on which news you watch.

Snow wars,,,,, a new HOPE this episode the empire begins to weaken, opening the vast north west to an invasion of cold air from the north. Many sledders were distrought ,but on the eve of friday the invasion began dumping feet of snow in the mountains of the north. After many hours of snow fall the sledders rejoiced attacking the hills with great aggression. They conquered all high places with a vigorous assault for one final goal, THE HIGH MARK!!!!!
we got about 4-5" in the twin cities, and their forecasting rain for sunday!
