I smashed up the tent pole bumper pretty good and twisted a ski. Here's new bumper vs old one:

Rubber bumpers seems like a good idea. I actually think the Pro tent pole bumper saved my frame. I thought my last sled had a tree magnet and I got rid of it when I sold it. Apparently the Pro does to, it just took a year to turn on. Must have been that first year break in period is finally over.
