not seeing the whole area it is hard to tell if there is any terrain feature to direct the flow away from them. the air blast could have hit them and a larger slide or if the crown extended back to the gunners left they may have been overrun. hard to say not being there.

I love how when they see the avy break they start cheering and laughing. Then a little panic sets in with still a little laugh. Then they run for life and piss themselfs. Than it stops and the laughing starts again. All I can say is wow glad I dont ride with them!
