Issues With a 2008 RMK 600

I'm looking at a 2008 RMK 600 for my wife. The guy is a little high on price and the sled has 4000 miles. Anything I should be careful of or be reluctant to purchase because of? I have recently come from the cat side of the mountain and don't know much yet about polaris besides stay away from 800's! would 4000 miles require a new top end? Any help or insight would be great!!!!

Great sled. But at 4000 miles I would be looking at freshening the topend.

Clutches should be checked close too, the small block is pretty easy on clutches, but 4000 miles is a lot if it hasn't ever been serviced.

Price? Rode mine hard, all the time, got about 5k miles and blew a piston/cylinder. got about 8k on the crank and lost lower rod bearing. I'd buy another one in a heartbeat though, carbs are way better than the 600cfi's. better on fuel too.
