Island Park Snow Conditions

Wish I had more to tell you guys, next week I'll being going up for a ride, but until then my recent report from an uncle says a good 6 inches on Bills Island. So, a little more than last report.
So whats the latest, it looks like they got some snow up there over the weekend, does anyone have any pics?
Are we finally going to get some real snow ??
Thanksgiving week-end
Going to spend Thanksgiving week-end at the cabin(Macks Inn). Can anyone tell me between now and then if it is worthwhile to bring the sleds?

TROUGH TRACKS EAST ACROSS THE AREA. MOST OF THE SNOWFALL WILL OCCUR

We got a couple inches here in Rigby early this afternoon, then the snow stoped.

We road the Fish Creek road 3 weeks ago. It was only about 8" deep, but I see the Blackbear Snowtell sight is showing 34". You definately can go for a road ride.

Went hunting in IP yesterday. We took the sleds to go for a road ride afterward. At 5 in the morning their was only a skiff of new snow. By about 4 o'clock it was a blizzard and had put down about 5 or 6 inches and was still coming. (that was down low too) It has been snowing most of the day in Rexburg today.
anybody have pics from up there from your rides?
Does anybody know if you can road ride from bear gulch/mesa falls area to IP?

I was up there Saturday hunting. All the roads I was on were pretty much packed down. I would say if you really wanted to ride you could on the roads. I'm sure its a little better after the snow we got sunday.
Not Island Park per-say, but here is what our house looks like in Rexburg.. Doubtless its much much better up North. I will be up there on Thursday and will try and post pics
anyone have any new information on IP area....looking to head up tomorrow for a good trail ride to break the new motor in

Went up today and rode mesa falls to north hatchery butte. Snows thin but packed enough on the roads for a ride. There was alot of people driving around in vehicles looking for x-mas trees.
Unloaded at Big Springs Warming Hut, lots of sleds.....headed up Fish Creek trail....found a little better snow at top.....on the way back sleds have almost pounded trail to dirt etc on the road....BUT was a good day for a sandwich, first ride on the snow, kids had a blast, and test the sleds!!!!
