Headed out Jan 18-24 & was wondering about the conditions in & around I.P. so far this year. Our group of 4 (so far) has no intention of climbing & side hilling, just boonies & meadows. Just not worth the risk with all the avy activity the last few weeks.

There goes the neighborhood
Was out in I.P. last week with a few buds. Snow is really down. Like riding on concrete. 4.5-5' total up & around Two Top. 12" down 1" ice layer, 24" down to next 1" ice layer & another about 6-7" from base (ground). Trails are great after groomed. Really need more snow. Better riding in the trees, but mostly all tracked up. Hope it turns around for you guys soon. As for me ...Im done for the season. Maybe a couple rides local with my daughter here in MN. Be safe.
I was in West and IP last week also. It's hard to find pow...Like Numbnuts said, everything was tracked up but the trees, and even those were hit and miss. Couldn't have asked for nicer weather though! It was sunny/clear and 30-40 all week until Thursday.
